Atheism+ just for whites?

I know that when I hear RW and the like speak about "courting" more women to atheism it so dripping with condescension. They might as well be saying "I think if you painted the room pink and brought in a few kittens more women would come to atheist conventions" Ugg.

So I try to imagine being a minority walking into the A+safe forum and reading THAT thread where, basically, a bunch of white chicks and a few white dudes discuss how best to "woo" you. As if minorities need a "racism" forum to be "taught" they care about social justice. Wow.

Wow, is "people of colour" ok? Is that an American thing? Would they be happy with "coloured people"? This is a genuine question, not a jab at A+ as this may be an accepted thing.

Wow, SubMoron and his fellow acolytes over there have no problem playing the "oppression game" when they are arrogantly dismissing white men with problems, but as soon as they get in the game with someone with more reason to complain about oppression, all of a sudden they don't like playing that game.
